Identified and leveraged a cultural storytelling opportunity by securing Misty Copeland’s participation in a Columbia High School art exhibit, aligning her presence with the institution’s legacy of barrier-breaking alumni and guest speakers. Developed the narrative and wrote the feature to deepen meaning, visibility, and community connection.
Teach & Thrive Recruitment Campaign
Led narrative strategy and messaging for the South Orange-Maplewood district-wide recruitment campaign, transforming institutional values into a clear, compelling story designed to strengthen educator attraction and community connection.
